Our Process
Our process is designed to ensure that we provide you with exceptional service from start to finish. Here's what you can expect when you book with us:
Reservation Form. Share the basics: type of event, date, location, and budget.
Free Consultation. We'll schedule a friendly call to explore your event in detail, and, if you'd like, walk through your venue together.
Proposal Contract. Within 24 hours you'll receive a clear proposal and contract via email and DocuSign - covering services, costs, and other relevant items.
Sign the Contract. You'll have 48 hours to review and sign. Once the deposit is in, we reserve your date on our calendar.
Event Planning. Then the fun begins: we plan every detail together, keeping you informed and your vision front and center.

Cancellation Policy
Every event is covered by a signed agreement, so cancellation terms are tailored to your event and spelled out clearly in your contract - you'll always know where you stand.
